AGV GP-Tech Misano 2011 Comic Limited Edition Helmet . The replica of the helmet worn by Valentino Rossi during the 2011 Misano MotoGP. The new "Comic" graphics will be produced in a limited quantity, which will be made available all over the world.
The helmet used for this new limited edition design is the GP-Tech model. This is one of the top of the line AGV helmets designed and developed with the technical support of Valentino Rossi. Taking the best features from earlier AGV race models and utilizing AGV's racing experience, the GP-Tech combines lightness, superior ventilation and perfect comfort with an extremely innovative and aerodynamic design.
Why MISANO 2011?
The helmet features a comic-strip style representation of Valentino's bad thoughts and frustration ensuing from the difficult 2011 season. Bolts of angry lightning, accidents, skulls and black cats are the design elements used. Misano is his home Grand Prix, therefore the coat of arms of Tavullia are included in the design, along with ironic images of his two dogs!... Can you guess what they are saying?
